7-12-08_9:30am. Ryan about to top-out on the farthest left line on Taylor Glacier. This climb was 45 degrees in the middle, then about 150 feet of 55 degrees finishing in another 100 feet of 60 degrees. Very fun, alpine-feeling steep finish.

Photo of Ryan just before a left traverse so we could top-out to the left of the over-hanging cornice. Where Ryan is was 60 degrees on my slope meter - about the max of this far left line on Taylor Glacier.
Taken July 12,'08 from Taylor Peak. Green line is the standard options for Taylor Glacier Headwall. Red line is what we chose to climb mostly because it was still in the shade when all the of the green line routes were in the sun at 7am.
