Man, you are living in a destination mountaineering state. Forget the sport climbing get into mountaineering! You'll move down here, then get tired of pulling down on bolted routes, then you'll start dreaming of road trips to Alaska.

Eldo is hiring, but I don't know if one can live in the Boulder area on that kind of pay.

Check out Colorado State Parks. They require a degree for full time but you can work part time during the summers without one and work on your degree in the mean time. Also they are hiring full time like mad now if you get a good referance from your park. Climbing parks would be Rifle, 11mile (close), Cheyenne Mtn (close), Castlewood, Eldo Canyon (Classic), Mueller (close, unfortunately the big domes in the park are closed).

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
