Here is where we set the belay for the top of Pitch 1. Looks a bit far to the climber's right - but it worked just fine for us to subsequently visit the cave. Just be sure to set bomber directionals to get over, up, and back to the top of Pitch 2.

Just above the OW slot on pitch 1, and just below the webbing anchor. I agree with Ben, who commented below in 2017 that this was the crux of the whole route - I'm terrible at OW too, and the start of pitch 3 was much easier to protect.
View down from the fairly new bolt on pitch 3 - it still looks in good shape as of April 2019.
After the traverse on pitch 2 - the cave is directly above. This is where I went to the right and up to the spacious ledge between pitches 2 & 3.
The traverse left on pitch 2 - head straight for the shrubs in the center and the cave will be directly above.
