Do people clip that?

I don't recall if we clipped it or not. I know there were other options at this belay so it's probably not necessary to use it. We were on easier ground here so I probably wasn't as worried about it.

These were all the rage for a short while. I've long thought it was kind of a symbolic statement about the "best use for a piton."
