This is a view of the Fortress from the east. This is the side that the Orifice is on. The Orifice Wall is right of center and starts from a big ledge about 120 above the ground. To reach it traverse in from the far right about where the dark rock meets the orange rock. Most of the other routes on the Fortress start from the left margin of the east face and farther around to the left.
