So, is the leader barefoot? That belayer sure appears to have a liberal amount of slack in the system. A fall at this point might have groundfall potential.

I would assume the climber has not used protection yet, making a tighter rope useless.

Scott...so, what's that in the horizontal with the quickdraw, three feet below climber's feet? It appears to be a piece of protection, which with the slack and distance above the draw certainly looks like a fall has groundfall potential.

I hope no one ever gives me that much penalty slack.

If the belayer is cute, they are allowed to kill you. Looks like she gets a pass.
