I just had some shoes "that I thought were pass it" resoled by Rock and Resole in Boulder, and they did an incredible job. New toe caps and half soles and they're looking better than new.

Turnaround from Denver was 4 days. I sent them priority mail from Denver on Monday and had them back by Friday. Thanks to whoever worked on my shoes!

Rock and Resole does an excellent rock shoe resole. I've been taking my shoes there for years, and recommend them highly!

Ditto. They did my old 5.10 Guide Almighty shoes with C-4 Dotty tread and I was very happy with the improvement. Special thanks again to Patty (you know who you are).

I'm in on that!!
I must have shitty footwork, cuz I wear through shoes with a quickness!! I couldn't afford to BUY new shoes every time I blow a hole in th sole so. . . Thank GOD I live in Boulder where turn around time is usually two days and sometimes less!!

My buddy had them put some new super sticky rubber on his old pair of EB's.
How cool is that?

About as cool as putting sticky rubber on a pair of Converse Chuck Connors.

I wish I still had my EBs (threw them out years ago) if only to lend them to people who think they are rad, and let them try to free solo Perilous Journey.

Not cool at all. My EB's tended to shrink over time (or maybe my feet were just growing) and after I had R&R put sticky rubber on them, there was no way they were ever going on my feet again. But R&R had done a bang-up job on them just like every other pair of shoes I've brought to them since when they first opened. Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys..! -I'll give them a try as they are "local" now..(-:

Been using the "Rubber Room" for many moons and would still recommend them as an alternative.

I have had two pairs of shoes redone by Rock & Resole, and cannot say enough good things about them. The last pair I took them were a pair of Katana's that were beat to shit. Stitching coming undone, rubber peeling away, toe caps blown, etc. When I got them back and put them on, they had done an amazing job with the resole. They had also restitched two of the velcro straps, and reglued the all the little rubber places that were coming undone. No, not just the rand, but up on all the trim work! Very impressed none the less, and I fully recommend them to everyone!

I've been taking my shoes to Rock & Resole for years, and have been quite pleased with their work. One big plus: they guarantee their work. I've had a few problems with resoles delaminating prematurely, and they either reglued them or redid the resole, free of charge.

Two friends have had problems with the resole increasing the size in the toebox area, resulting in what they called "clown shoes". They were able to bring the shoes back and get them resoled, free of additional charge.

Rock & Resole stands behind their work, and most often does a perfect job first time. They will continue to get my business.

Just picked up my shoes - they look better than they did before..! Replaced toe-caps and a new 1/2 sole ~ Stelth baby ~ waay to go.

The new puppy & I are already good friends - if any weinershnitzel-lovers out there, this ones gold. He's lite-toffee-grey colored and loves any kind of treat {hint-hint}.

yeah, Rock & Resole is wonderful. First class job every time and fast turn around time. Super nice and helpful. Once I sent in four pairs (mine and my friends)only to found out that my friend needed his pair for a trip one week later. I called and asked if they could get that pair done and sent it back first. They got all 4 pairs done! They even have enough time to send them back to Arizona by priority mail!!!! They also saved my beloved moccasym so so so many times - no matter how beyond hope they looked. I have since recommended R&R to every one I thought they needed a resole :)

By far the fastest and highest quality resole job I've ever gotten. They recently turned around three pairs of shoes in two days, right before an Indian Creek trip.

Add me to the list of Rock and Resole fans. I mailed mine from Denver on Monday and had them back by Friday afternoon. Now, if there was only someone who could de-stink them...

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
