The Lions from the Cleveland Dam (the Capilano Reservoir) in North Vancouver. This is the view seen from much of Vancouver. The one on the left is the West Lion. Some of the snow stays through to about June. Although it looks like the logical way, they are not approached up the valley in the picture. From the summit of the West Lion looking back at Vancouver. The lake is the Capilano Reservoir. The city is lost in the haze, but the body of water beyond the reservoir is the Burrard Inlet. This watershed is essentially off-limits.
