Chamois shirt, wool knickers, miss matched set of ice tools (one was Lowe/Interalp Hummingbird modular axe the other a non-modular Camp North Wall hammer which I eventually snapped the tip off in super cold conditions and thus rendering it useless) SMC strap on adjustable crampons (also not modular), Chouinard tubular ice screws (with accompanying screw ratchet driver), Willians Seat Harness, homemade quickdraws with old SMC (i think) death oval carabiners, Dachstien wooly mittens (them bad boys were darn warm even when soaking wet), and no helmet. ICE CLIMBING with no helmet.... Ha! Photo by Dave Rone.
