The Cliff is closed until July 15th for the Peregrines!

Take trail 261 until you arrive at this boulder (note the "T") at the second large switchback. Turn right off of 261 and follow well-trodden climbers trail all the way to the front porch/flying buttress. Get psyched!

Last light falls on the last day of the season as Granite Mountain closes to allow for peregrine nesting.

Beware! GM can create it's own weather quickly...Fun!

GRANITE MOUNTAIN IS CLOSED UNTIL JULY 15th! If you're planning a trip out here be sure you do not plan on going until next fall when it's not ridiculously hot. Peregrine falcon nesting and whatnot :(
