Ice conditions page

So, on climbingboulder.com, one of the best features of the site is the ice conditions page. It is listed on the home page under conditions. It allows you to quickly find out if any one has been out & checking of various ice climbs & what they may be like. It saves lots of time, calling around, and general frustrations.

It wasn't clear that this was translated into the new site.

Is this an option for the Colorado part of this new website link?

Hopefully, the answer will be yes....

Leo -

We'll be able to add something like this no problem. It may be a few weeks, but we'll add it.

I still can not find the link to the ice conditions page. Has this feature been updated yet?

Not yet, but hopefully within a week or so. Sorry about the wait.

The Ice conditions page is definitely a plus! You can't have it up too soon-
Thanks.

I climbed at Vail's Firehouse on Saturday Feb 10th. We were working on the mixed lines on the Firehouse left side. Starting from the left to right, it was the second route (maybe M8). We all took are turns falling off. On my third time up on the route, my feet were 6-7ft off the deck. I pulled off a rock aprox. 100-150lb. It hit me in my helmet. Pushing my head down and feet up, it picked up my belayer. I ended up on the ground; my head hit the ground with the rock on it. My helmet was demolished! Huge laceration in the front and rear of my head. If it wasn't for my FRIENDS, I would have bled out!

40+ stitches in the front and 12 staples in the rear of my head, one broken helmet, one bruised ego, lots of Bad Memories, I LIVED TO TELL THE TALE!

Be careful!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
