Comments: Anyone know if that third bolt has been replaced? Edit: It hasn't yet. The third bolt looks like it was placed in at an angle, not bent. I also didn't see evidence of glue or any bolt deterioration.

Comments: The last bolt, protecting the pseudo-runout at the top, is loose. I could move it back and forth and in a circular motion with my fingers, although I could not tighten it. Someone may want to bring a wrench up there OR don't blow the 5.7 top. Zach

Comments: I put a new biner at the top of this one on 5/21/11. One of the fixed biners up there wouldn't open wide enough to allow a rope through, so I just left a new one up there.

Comments: This is another great route similar to next-door Arnold Arnold. I'm curious if folks who have done both think that Solar Flex is a letter grade easier. I thought Solar Flex demanded more power and used smaller holds than A-A, although Solar Flex is probably less pumpy. I realized I didn't use the rest out right, so maybe that's the difference.

Comments: TBunn: You misunderstand the point of America's Great Outdoors. The gov't won't be "determining" access issues. The program is envisioned to be a federal version of Great Outdoors Colorado, that's why you'll see Ken Salazar's name all over it. Essentially, it would be a big pot of money available for grants to protect spaces important to locals. As a Coloradan, you should be aware of GOCO's successes and its impact in preserving land in this state. Climbers should absolutely keep an eye ... more >>

Comments: I was on it today. I don't know what hold broke, but it's not a number grade harder than 12a/b.

Comments: Several weekends ago friends and I made it to the Ghetto Wall by doing a lot of backpack tossing and swimming. Is there a dry way from where the path hits the big swimming hole to the Ghetto Wall?

Comments: I broke a lower hold off Hipster this morning (7/23/09). Careful of loose rock just above the second bolt. Now there's a solid undercling/sidepull instead of a flat crimp ledge. Great route.

Comments: On the right, just past the second bolt, is a very loose ball-shaped jug. Use caution.

Comments: Just on this today. About midway up I pulled on a jug sidepull that completely tore off, almost hitting my belayer. Beware of loose holds on the right side of the climb. Also, it blew my 5.8 onsight, which I track on www.8a.nu.
