Comments: This route is awesome. If you like 5.12 arete climbing, you absolutely have to do this route. Many cool sequences split by great rests.

Comments: This route felt awfully hard for v4 to me. The footholds for the first couple moves were horrible. Awesome pic. probably one of the best ones I have seen of this problem.

Comments: Nice whipper. I like how the gear is sticking out backwards. Isn't the climbing practically over by then though?

Comments: Best route on Koala Rock. Good holds lead to the lieback crux with bad feet, then more good holds to the anchor.

Comments: This is a very fun route. i seem to remember scrambling off it on some slabs to the right. Then stepping down next to a tree in a crack.

Comments: Perfect finger locks the whole way. Seemed cruxy trying to keep my feet on the wall.

Comments: Hold breakage has led this route to be graded 5.13a.

Comments: Definitely a hard route for me, being only 5'3". Many of the moves above the roof were large dead points, or small dynos. Pulling the roof was a bit easier though, being able to put my feet right on the lip.

Location: OR : Central Oregon : Smith Rock : The Dihedrals : Captain Xenolith (5.10a)

Comments: Make it past the second bolt, and the climbing gets a lot easier.

Location: OR : Central Oregon : Smith Rock : The Dihedrals : Latest Rage (5.12b)

Comments: Definitely sustained the whole way. I found the moves above the last bolt to be easier on the ft side of the arete as well.

Comments: A good one for hot summer days as it stays in the shade for most of the day. It is definitely easier for those with smaller fingers, as a lot of the holds are pretty small.

Location: OR : Central Oregon : Smith Rock : The Dihedrals : Rodney's Chocolate Frosted ... (5.7)

Comments: At the Ginger snap/ Cinnamon Slab belay, head straight up instead of climbing slightly left up the crack. The grade given in the guidebook is 5.9 . This route is bolted.

Descend via the Karate Wall rap, with 2 60m ropes, or 1 70m.

Location: OR : Central Oregon : Smith Rock : The Dihedrals : Wedding Day (5.10b)

Comments: This route is pretty hard right off the ground, and it seemed pretty technical right below the last bolt. Quite popular though because it is the only bolted 5.10 in the Dihedrals.

Comments: This is a good route. The flake down low that looks easy, is far from it. Technical climbing all the way. Can step right to an off set a ways up to make the crux a bit easier.

Comments: Guess I'll wait a bit before I get on this one. Better tune in my technical arete skills. You definitely gave a really good description about it.

Comments: Definitely easy to protect, with good stances to place gear. Would be a good beginners Dihedral.

Comments: This route is fun jug climbing to a somewhat hard move right below the chains.

Comments: I found this route to be pretty thin, and painful. It definitely eased the higher you got on the route.
