Comments: Look into the light.... This crack is located inside The Ice Caves on Independence Pass, they are water cut caves, and in the winter they fill halfway with ice. It's good late july and on.

Comments: I am pretty sure I did the FA of this, but never reported it or named it. I recall doing the the route before the bolts were put in, about 3 to 4 years prior. I just jumped in with shoes on and climbed out, with out chalk, took about 8 tries. I also soloed a few harder lines to the right, in the 12s.

Comments: Nope wrong again... I put that one up around 10 years ago, and I guess I forgot to add a tick on MP.com. I can't remember a date, soo I'm not sure if I should just add a random date? Anyways, you can't call someone out if you don't know the facts, if you would have searched the page a little more, you would have noticed that I didn't add a tick. I have been exploring in Clear Creek for 14 years for routes and boulders "mostly boulders", I think I have a bit more information than you think on the... more >>

Comments: I did not retro bolt this route, a bolt was pulling out, so I added a extra one, I would have pulled it out, but it wouldn't come loose, I yellow tagged it, so no one would use it. By the description that Brian gave, this route is what I though was Public Enemy. Brian, you can leave the name, I like it. I'd say 12b or c?

Comments: This boulder problem was originally given V8/9, not sure how it got V10/11. It's seen 6 ascents now 5 of them being V9 and under.

Comments: Ok JJ, checked out the video, apparently the Manhattan Project is a FA and goes way further left, about 12 feet then to the top. But whatever, it's just bouldering. Hey, I got a idea, JJ! You can get some endurance and just climb the 5.14s at the Primo Wall. Cheers WD

Comments: It took me 5 sessions, not 5 tries. About 25 attempts each session. There is a really high foot that Mark and I used that made the dyno a lot easier. There is one project left on this boulder, the Real V16 dyno. It's in the right scoop and you just dyno from the jug rail system to a crimp and dish just over the lip. Have fun!

Comments: Andrew, the Manhattan Project goes further out left, I made sure this wasn't the same problem as Deficit Disorder. Not like it really matters anyways, because most of the boulder problems on this boulder were done 10 years ago, except R.P.

Comments: So, this problem starts one move in from the Manhattan Project Problem but goes up the jugs? If so, I would like to suggest V8.

Comments: I'm heading up to Aspen in a few week's I'll give it a try, maybe try and call it "Master of Puppets"? Seems like a good name for it. Are the leaves changing up there in Aspen?

Comments: Sorry to burst your bubble, this line was done by this guy Jim from Denver about 10 years ago. I remember me and Mark trying it with him that day he sent it, Jim suggested V8. I haven't been back to try it, but looks good on a cool day when I got nothing better to do. Jim called it The Shifter! He called it that because he shifted his hand real weird for the press out.

Comments: Can't do the route at this time, I would put it at around 14c or harder, just left my two fixed draws up for now, probably will take them down spring next year.
