Comments: Our climbing group got mixed up on who was climbing what and we subsequently left a rack of gear and rope hanging uncleaned in Freemont Canyon at the Wine and Roses area. Its since been picked up, and I am offering a substantial reward for the return of the gear to its owner.

Comments: Don't know about doing it solo but this is a fantastic route and the description above supplemented with the topos in the RMNP-Estes Park guidebook (Gillett) is bang on. It goes C2+ with pitch two and pitch three (wild and awesome) as definite cruxes. Be sure to back up some of the old fixed gear on P3 as we walked away with an old piton.

Comments: A must do. Heads up: Pack a helmet for the belayer (caught 3 fist sized rocks last time) and a brush for the lichen and dirt. Will be one of the better routes out there.
