Comments: The first bolt at the start is missing the hanger. Problem solved by making this a top rope climb. Very fun climb with a difficult start (5.8+/5.9-), and the rest of the climb similar to Monastary-like rock.

Comments: A little more info on which drainage...JoJo's book decribes the cliff band to pass on the creek and then angle up. The cliff band is real obvious. If you start a steep ascent after the cliff bands, you will see a drainage on your right and footprints from other lost souls going to the drainage above the cliff bands...this is the wrong one. Take a slightly lower angle approach after the cliff band to the drainage at your 11 O'clock. Once in the drainage properly about 200 meters up and left from ... more >>

Comments: Also have to agree with all the folks, the climb of Delicate Arch by Dean Potter is not appreciated by me. However, in my youth I too have been guilty of civil disobedience, careless acts, etc.. that I would not like to review at this time. Hopefully, Dean will see this act as a mistake and part of the maturing process.

Not all laws are written Dean. Don't do something like this again kid.
