Location: CO : Fort Collins : Horsetooth Reservoir : Duncan's Ridge : Purdy Dirty (5.8) By: Tanner Mitchell When: Apr 25, 2010 | view comment >> | Comments: I cleaned a bunch of the pockets and rails out today - seemed like it had gotten worse since I last climbed it. There's a large ledge above the water chute that's feeding dirt to the route. I'll bring something bigger than a nut tool next time. Still very climbable and very fun!

Location: CO : Estes Park Valley : Big Thompson Canyon : Combat Rock By: Tanner Mitchell When: Apr 11, 2010 | view comment >> | Comments: Is there any information on those lines up the hill from Monkey Lust? I climbed what must have been the center route back in August and today - goes up through the blocks to a small tree with an old pin in it. Then up the nice finger/thin hand crack that peters out at a bulge with 2 bolts above. It finishes by taking two parallel seams to the 2-bolt anchor. 5.8 maybe. I didn't have anything other than a nut tool to clean it, but will definitely bring stuff next time - should be a nice route... more >>

Location: CO : Fort Collins : Carter Lake : Mighty Wall : Photo (Copy) By: Tanner Mitchell When: Apr 3, 2010 | view comment >> | Comments: Is there an entry in any guides for the corner just left of Mighty Arete? It was an easy line, but had some fun moves.

Location: CO : Fort Collins : Horsetooth Reservoir : Duncan's Ridge By: Tanner Mitchell When: Mar 28, 2010 | view comment >> | Comments: A question for the Admins...I was climbing some of the more obscure routes at Duncan's today, and I wondered if it's possible to make route entries for them, with hopes that other users will add info, as I know no definite names/ratings for them. I'm surprised that the routes I was on weren't entered already, as I found them to be great fun. Anyway, if you could let me know the procedure for something like this, I'd be most greatful.

Location: CO : Alpine Rock : RMNP - Rock : RMNP Bouldering Areas By: Tanner Mitchell When: Mar 21, 2010 | view comment >> | Comments: Anyone ever boulder on the walls just before Mills Lake? I was messing around on the wall just after you take the steep incline and go under the fallen tree - there's a fun overhanging problem right away, and a few lines as you go down the rock. I couldn't top any of them due to the snow, so I figured I'd put this up to see if anyone knows if these have names/grades.

Location: CO : Fort Collins : Poudre Canyon : Greyrock : The South Slabs : Aunt Edna's Costume Jewelry (5.7) By: Tanner Mitchell When: Mar 6, 2010 | view comment >> | Comments: The new Poudre guide recommends a 70m rope to rap or TR from the chains, but today I witnessed that 70 meters leaves you 7-10 feet off the deck. No fall/injuries thanks to an attentive belayer, but I thought it was quite easy to belay the second up and walk off the ramp.

Location: CO : Estes Park Valley : Big Thompson Canyon : Combat Rock By: Tanner Mitchell When: Aug 9, 2009 | view comment >> | Comments: Allen, To your comment about the slab just off of the creek - do you know which lines are rated what? I took a picture if you wanted to draw lines on it. I saw a 2-bolt anchor at the top and wondered if all routes ended there. You said you toproped a few - does the rock not take gear well?
