I absolutely Love whole days spent hiking and in a harness on a wall!!!
At points I feel strongly about endurance and the benefits of the focused fluidity of various and repetitive movements achieved through longer and taller climbs. Especially multi pitches in beautiful high alpine environments where the mind and body challenging meditative states of clarity. Where focus overcomes fear and leaves the mind clear. this and beer i hold dear hahahah
However I will always love the less energy exerting days relaxed at a crag with a fun crowd.
