In attempt to reach the north face the other day, we found ourselves bushwacking and scrambling quite a bit. It was not fun. We approached using the climber's trail from the south and wrapped around the northeast face, but once we got to the north side it seemed like it might be easier to come up using the paved trail. By: rsh When: Apr 21, 2010 | view comment >> | Comments: Yeah, there are two different ways to go for Pitch 3. We got a little confused on finding the 5.8 P3, so we opted to do the scarier 5.7, which is more of a direct route. It is an obvious, left-angling ramp up the face.
