More information:
My first climbs were in the Shawangunks and Seneca Rocks. Then I saw some Ansel Adams photos and moved to Yosemite. Turons and Valley fever drove me north to Jackson Hole and the Tetons. I couldn't hack the cold so headed south, ending up in Tucson - where I climbed in the Catalinas and Cochise Stronghold for many years. Somehow, after detours through Austin Texas to pick up my wife and through New Zealand to experience seaside living and earthquakes, sanity prevailed and we moved to the climbing paradise known as Boulder, CO. I mostly prefer multipitch trad climbs but, being a junkie, will climb most anything given minimal provocation. I consider myself a pretty safe climber and have learned the hard way how to avoid epics and misadventures wherever possible. Look me up, I'm often available for climbing on weekdays! |
