Comments: As with most routes in Lower Devils, it's wise to bring a light rack to ease the runouts.

Comments: Nice exposed climbing on steep featured rock - long pitch! More or less well protected, as long as you don't break a hold on the upper part. 10a seems like a bit of a stretch, too.

Comments: First pitch was pretty gross, and had to dust feathers and crap off of most edges. The top of pitch one was particularly nasty at the mantel and belay.

On the flip side, no chalk made for a fun onsight dancing up the face! Doesn't get much better if you dig steep edging routes.

Comments: PG13 is probably due to the wide section on the second pitch. might be a little intimidating if this is at your limit. if I remember correctly, the rock is a bit crunchy in places as well.

fine line to the top of a cool formation though!

Comments: Fun climb, and certainly well worth finishing on Resolution Arete to top out. Walk off down First Creek is casual, but probably slow if you get caught in the dark. Even if rappelling, make sure to scramble up to the awesome sundeck where the two routes join!

Comments: Thanks Bob!

FYI, if heading up this, bring a wrench for the second bolt. Cool terrain.

Comments: Does anyone know what the line that leads directly above the P2 bolted belay is? Climbed up a couple bolts of this before I realized it was not 5.8 and I was off route...

Comments: If you can deal with some lichen and flaky rock, this is a superb line - the top off-fingers section is harder than it looks from below, especially after dealing with the OW

Comments: Manky fixed rope is now gone. Also, one of the bolts the fixed rope was hanging from broke with less than body weight.

Comments: The face is nicely bolted, with gear available between bolts at the top. I felt like it was right at my onsight limit and didn't stress about the pro anywhere.

First bolt felt kind of reachy, especially since I am tall, but I could easily have just botched that sequence.

Comments: Really cool movement angling up under the roof. Would be a pretty committing lead making big moves on thin/marginal gear.

Comments: Fun addition to the area - very thoughtful movement and hard to read sequences on headwall. I thought clipping the first bolt was a little awkward/committing. be careful of loose blocks at the top of the corner.

Comments: Fun route! worth doing even by itself, but also a good way to setup a toprope on double fault
