Comments: Elvisuae - As I have never even heard about the possibility of climbing (rock climbing/wall climbing/bouldering)before - I have not had any intention of searching. I am saying that Brian has brought it to my attention as well the attention of many other people - and has recommended the guidebook to. No, haven't done any research to something I have not been aware of. Therefore, am grateful for the book as am for all the online info - as an absolute "newcomer".

Comments: As an absolutely unexperienced climber, who has been living in the UAE for 5 years and have never heard of the possibility, nor did I ever come accross the guidebook for UAE climbing - I am glad that someone has pointed me to the direction of THE guiedbook written by Red Armada and the updates(www.redarmadapublishing.com/updates.php) that have been also posted by Brian Coones on MP.com on numerous occasions. Comments: I tried this route but I didn't finish it. It was much to hard form me but I am eager to try it again in the future. It has a lot of very hard moves and wore me out. My forearms were pumping a lot.

Comments: I really liked this route a lot. It had sustained lay back climbing up most of the crack. The hardest part is just over half way up just above the horizontalish crack on the right side where the vertical crack flares out.

Comments: This route was like a game. You had to use a lot of strategy and every move was different. I hardly used the same moves more than twice.

Comments: It was a fun route. The beginning was easy up to about the fourth bolt then it started getting harder after that. The rock is sharp and I kept feeling like the small holds were going to pull off but they held.

Comments: This was a great route. It was very challenging but not too difficult to follow. The crux seems a lot harder then it really is. Getting to the chock stone then around it was the hardest part. I took too long pulling out the gear and my legs started to cramp while I was bridged in the chimney.
