Comments: Brian, and everyone, the death flake at the top is still there, and even if it wasn't, continue to be careful. There's a lot of loose rock near the top. Hard crux move in my opinion.

Comments: This route is quite the squeeze job, or maybe it's the one to the left or right.

Fun enough.

Comments: David, I took that ride, and it's a long one. Thanks to whoever placed that bolt. You did a good job. Definitely doesn't let up even after you pull the roof.

Full 5.11 goodness.

Comments: Umm ... yeah, there are some small hand jams, but fingers would be a more accurate description for most of this shorty.

Comments: I agree w/ those who think that this is a better route than IHC. Not to put any route down in the Creek. I thought is was just superb. Superb!!
Big big hands at the top. Bring some #3's or equivalent.

70 meter rope works fine. Just make sure you're using your 70. :)

Comments: A couple things:

The north side, or the picnic area is not a pay area. If you paid to get into the canyon, you're already good.

The best way to get to the crag is usually to head up, west, through the picnic area. At the last picnic table, you'll see a trail that continues west. Follow that trail until it hits the trail going up north to the cliffs.

Enjoy spectacular moderate sport routes.

Comments: Super good lead. Let's not encourage any more top roping than this climb already gets. The protection is great.

Comments: So so so so good!

To prevent rope drag, I didn't protect until I'd pulled out of the dihedral. It gets up there, but I was sure happy not to have the drag as I was getting close to the top. Superb line.

Comments: Did this climb tonight and there are 4 more bolts that continue up the face/arette. More of the same 5.8-5.9 climbing. Makes it a little more interesting and not so short for beginners.

Comments: Hornet nest 140' up on the first pitch (doing the climb as 3 long pitches). They're bad, so be careful. it's in a little bush, so keep an eye out, scramble right to avoid.

Comments: Nice route. The NULC guidebook puts this at .10a but I agree that it's slightly harder just for the weird moves near the bottom (between #1 and #3)

Comments: Best Route that I got to do on my short 2 day stint in Logan Canyon. Super fun and tricky route. .10c is about right.

Comments: The anchors are fine, and I replaced the skinny chains with some thicker ones only after another climber complained. Like LD said, use your own gear when toproping.

Comments: Actually, you should stay away from SLC if you are a religious bigot. The Mormons are nice and the climbing is spectacular.
