More information:
I'm looking for partners both locally (Seneca, the New River Gorge, other less well known spots, and the gym) and occasionally in the west (especially Tuolumne and throughout the Sierra, Red Rock, ...).
The main things I look for in a partner are enthusiasm and a good attitude. Pulling hard is fun, but there's a lot more to climbing than just pushing grades. I'm equally open to both experienced and newer climbers (I enjoy mentoring), as doing awesome routes and sharing such a great part of life are each rewarding.
I'm solid, safe, and experienced. I climb both trad and sport, and I can supply ropes and rack or draws. I'm fine with leading, swapping leads, or (in certain circumstances) seconding, and occasionally working something hard on toprope is also fine.
