The victim was being lowered down pitch 1, slack accumulated in the rope somehow, and she fell to the ground. She was in bad shape initially, but during the time it took to get EMS and SAR to the scene she had recovered and was released from the hospital that night. Also, we didn't take a #5. There's a spot for a small (yellow?) TCU behind a chockstone for the wide section on the left leaning crack pitch that's good for some mental pro.
