I am a wilderness lover and backpacker who is getting into climbing. I learned to climb in gyms and can climb a 5.11 inside, which translates to about a 5.9/5.10a outside with a toprope. I am searching for partners out there who can teach me to sport climb, and who are willing to let me follow them on trad.

I am also looking for people who want to do long-weekend technical summits of peaks in the Sierra. I have climbed a fair number of peaks in the Sierra, but none via technical routes. I would really like to change this, but ideally I would like to go with someone experienced. For now, I am just going to keep on loving the wilderness :-)
