Comments: Wanted to point out some rappeling options: firstly, you can do this with two 60 meter ropes. The top rappel is pretty obvious and on top with two bolts with hangers and rings. The second rappel can be done with the three bolts that have cordelette running through them; but be warned, if the cordelette is not long enough to hang off the ledge and the rope is still on the ledge and not on the side; then you will rappel down and realize that your rope is stuck and you will have... more >>

Comments: Phil and Clay, I have agree with you about the direct exit. It truly is the way to go for finishing the route. I think I managed to fit two nuts and a small hex on the face climb. If you look around, you will be able to find hands and feet to use. The route is a must do in Taylor Canyon.

Comments: Looks like someone did end up bolting the top of pitch 3. It is bolted below where the rope used to be. It looks good for the left version but is pretty bad for the right variation. If you are going to do the right variation, I would bring some rope with you to put around the boulder where the rope used to be and that you don't mind leaving along with a leaver biner, or just build an anchor and walk off.

Comments: Lead this yesterday and it was great. I didn't notice a whole lot of spots for placement on the face but the climb was all there and didn't seem that bad. All I can say is FUN.

Comments: I left a green Black Camalot nut on the top of this route. If you find it, enjoy it. It has been weighted but never fallen on.

Comments: It looks like someone had a fire under the Duck Boulder. The roof part is now black and the ground below has a lot of ashes, so I would bring a pair of pants/shorts that you don't mind getting dirty or bring a few crash pads to cover the ground.
