Las Vegas Climbers Liaison Council  Historical Bolts on Cat in the Hat: At the bottom left is the current bolt. To the right was the original Urioste bolt. The "new" bolt was removed from the top of the picture.  The "new" bolt that was recently removed from "Cat in the Hat." Note the sealant which kept the bolt from engaging properly.
