Comments: Here's a map of the Gold Bar Boulder Trail There's a couple markers there for when the road forks. Each way is around an hour hike.

Comments: I didn't think it was, just a newbie goofing up the drop down box. This was one of my first leads. I've removed the PG-13 bit. It's a fun route.

Comments: Anchor is currently 3 bolts and cord. A wise person would bring up some cord or webbing since the cord will rot at some point.

Comments: "left on ledge, go around arete till above The Magic Cutlass" Finding routes here is a pain for a newb, so I had no idea where The Magic Cutlass was but there's a pretty clear "left on ledge" that leads "around arete" path that I took. Now that I'm down, I'm sure that's not the route. If you head right, you can get to some chain anchors. If you go left, you'll do the second half of Pale Young Eels with loads of rope drag, a runout traverse and a big pendulum when cleaning.
