Comments: Access has changed. It's quite complicated. See Kevin in Mountain Sports in Casper. He has the beta. Let's not piss off the local ranchers.

Comments: Bomber medium stopper over the roof. Place it before going over. You don't even have to see it, just drop it in, tug it, and go.

Comments: Arson in Sinks Canyon. Looks like some of the main wall around the Killer Cave was burnt. The main wall's trail foliage is fried.

Comments: Very good question Jon.
There are other lines much like this in CCC.
I guess it is considered to be much like limestone, it is a sport climbing area, so we should bolt everything.

Comments: Stayin on the column isn't contrived. The holds on the climb force you to traverse left/right on the column several times. Getting into the cracks next to the climb could be trouble because you wouldn't be able to reach the bolts, and getting back to them will wear you out. Best to stick to what you have in front of you. Hardest .10 I've done in Wyoming.

Comments: Now a clean and fun route. The slab moves below the roof were difficult for my friends and I. We all hung for a while. The roof reminded us of the Wind Ridge third pitch in Eldo.

Comments: My bro Nick A. and I intended on climbing Fote Hog which was listed in our "Trad Climbing Guide to J. Tree, 5.5 to 5.9" Fote looked run out. Maybe not, but we looked up at the kick ass crack system that turned out to be Ball Bearing. What a surprise. Butts kicked on the first cold day attempt. Success on the second. An amazing route with lots of gear ops. and clean rock. Face holds show when the cracks end. Good times.

Comments: Climbed yesterday and loved it. A few cruxes with ample protection. The bird shit exists and the wind was deafening, however despite the complaints on the top anchor, the hanging belay on the right wasn't terrible and the following walk-off was easy. Choose between walk-off and a double rope rappel. Have Fun!

Comments: There's a sling around a boulder on top equalized with a tricam in a nearby crack, tied together with a rap ring. Onsighted with my bro Nick and loved every second of it. Good rock with interesting protection. Be careful with the rap anchor. We'll post a photo soon.

Castle Rock, Boulder Canyon. <br />Beautiful.
Castle Rock, Boulder Canyon.
Beautiful.

Can anyone indentify this crag? CO119 from Nederland. A road winds around it with two small bridges to cross. The crack system on the right begins with a two bolt steep face.

Comments: I'm looking for information on Belleview Mountain on the West side of Idaho Springs. On the right side of Fall River Road exit off 70W there are some large walls that seem untouched. I'm wondering if anyone has claimed first ascents there, if it's public land, or if anyone has any idea what I'm talking about.

Comments: Powerful lieback to start, with an easy finish. Pay attention to where you drop your rope or there will be a crazy swing into the local [flora].
Good times. You can back up the bolt with a #3 Camalot in a nearby crack.

Comments: Solid climb. The undercling and a long reach are a must...or look around the arete for a crimp to the reach.

Comments: My first .12 and worth every hangdog I threw at it. The beginning only looks like a crack from afar, but turns out to be nothing but sloping pods filled with wasps. Climb on and you'll find the rest of it to be just as fun, with choice dynos for jugs and awkward cave exits that got me twisted like Gumby. Loved it.
