Another view of my RPTC French cleat system  My RPTC mounted with a French cleat system over the doorway.  For reference, the fixed cleat is 55" wide, so it's a nice and wide doorway.  Also, you can see the two door frames on either side give a little extra support!  Floating cleat setup for the RPTC.  Red dimensions show sizes, yellow ones are screws lengths used (max possible with 1/2" plywood).  All screws were #8.  Adventures of the Leper Nurse  Handjob (minus the start)
