Comments: Led this on gear last weekend. Protects pretty well.

Comments: Did it on gear yesterday and it wasn't too bad. Just don't fall off bulge and you probably won't hit the ground.

Comments: This thing is one of the dirtiest routes I have ever done.

Comments: If anyone is wondering, this route is insanely good.

Location: GA : Tallulah Gorge : Main Wall : Primitive Paradox (5.9)

Comments: I can't believe I waited five years to get on this. This is one of the best 5.9s I have done anywhere.

Comments: This climb is so fun, a total thug haul. I didn't find it to be dangerous. A bomber cam protects the opening moves with an attentive belayer, and the next sequence where ground fall is possible is probably the easiest sequence in the meat of the route. Double ropes would allow you to have G-rated gear on the traverse without fear of rope drag.

Comments: Bolts are back. Not sure why you would want to climb it though.

Comments: I did it a few years ago, so maybe it has cleaned up. When I did it, every single move after the crux was pretty crunchy.

Comments: Is this a linkup of Wooly A and Crown Royal? I have no idea where this climb could be otherwise.

Comments: Super rad and much harder at the top than appears from the ground.

Comments: The first pitch of Bigeminy is also really well protected and pretty easy.

Comments: R rating is BS. The section above the bolt is maybe 5.7, and you get solid medium gear only a few moves above the bolt.

Comments: Chossy. Possibly drilled. Pretty crappy route.

Location: TN : Deep Creek : Leakage (5.12b)
By: JohnWesely When: Apr 4, 2012

Comments: FWIW, I was told Leakage was 12b by other climbers. The rating on enduro routes is always going to be wonky. Having slightly better endurance can be the difference between a quickly ticking pump clock and getting full recovery on every move.

Comments: The view from the top and position bump this from one star to two. The climbing itself is pretty forgettable.

Comments: If the bottom boulder problem were at Rocktown, it would be the most popular v1 in the park.

Comments: Some idiot put a bolt at the crux on this thing. What a waste of a cool route. I don't have the tools, but hopefully someone can chop it.

Comments: Maybe it is just me, but this thing felt super hard for the grade. I thought the crux felt harder than any single sequence on the brick wall.

Comments: Going all the way out is v3ish. V4 is pretty generous.
