Comments: I just replaced the first two 1/4" bolts on the first pitch with 3/8" X 2 1/2" Hilti wedge anchors. Merciless, sharp crimping to a very thin, technical crux move around the last bolt and still another couple hard moves to get into the giant flake. Second pitch is way harder, more on that later.

Comments: Time for that pin to go away. Bomber gear about 4 inches below (purple Metolius) and another one 18 inches below (blue Metolius) the pin. The crux is the move off the big underling flake to a very small left hand crimp then a good high right foot and throw to another bad crimp up and right with the right hand. The moves getting to the big undercling flake are not bad, maybe 11 but you would have the bolt clipped by then. Great route.

Comments: Not sure what happened to this one but no way is it 10C. I saw BrassNuts get shut down hard trying to lead this.

Comments: Your rating is compared to what other climbs at Woodson? Trust me, v1 max ( short person) for the move getting on the slab.

Comments: The crank off the ground is by far the crux. After that, maybe V3/V4

Comments: I see your problem Juan. You are too far to the right. Paste the left foot in the orange dish and launch for the slopey top with the left hand. Bring the right hand up to the slopey top and thrutch to the top.

Comments: Just did this problem again on 12/25. Temps in the mid 70's. Took me about 20 tries. Left foot in the orange dish and launch for the slopey top.

Comments: I have TR'd this route (mini-trax) more than a few times over the last few years. I was giving it one last run prior to leading it, since my belayer wanted to boulder at Manx, and broke off a crucial knob above the second bolt (not sure if that was last season or the year before). This is now the crux. After three more days working it I was able to do it again clean, on TR. Probably 12d now but I'll wait to rate it till I lead it, hopefully this season.

Comments: I replaced the bolt. I think the route is pretty good. Climb 30 feet up a very nice hand crack/lieback. Climb up 10 feet to clip the bolt. Climb up then left following weaknesses. The quality of the rock is worth at least one star.

Comments: Bob's Big Wedge at JT is only rated V5. Let me know how that one goes for you and imagine hitting that one on lead. Maybe you are a OW master and you'll have no problem with it. Just sayin.

Comments: Just boulder out the first 16 feet and traverse off left. Very good problem. Your Topo is also not correct.
