Comments: Glad you had a good time on the route. I would caution that the majority of these routes, presumably put up by Beyer, that I have posted have such run outs as you noted and sometimes quite longer. Enjoy!

Comments: I guess it depends how much walking you are prepared to do. The only camping is up on Divide Road, and you could walk to Quarry and Divide Walls from there, but other crags are quite a ways away. No centralized or other places exist unless you go way towards Gateway because of a lot of private property. Two weeks in Unaweep, didn't know we have arrived as a destination!?

Comments: The choss guarding the upper section is well worth the price to access this amazing, zig-zag splitter on a great face. Pull down not out on the lower section!

Comments: A nice steep arete with some great movements. Be careful clipping the tenuous 3rd bolt, as blowing it lands you in the sharp rocks below! The last move is pretty sweet! (edit) As per Alex a perma-draw was added to the 3rd bolt from the ledge for easier clipping. Thanks!

Comments: Haven't gone out there and probably won't as replacing anything may just result in continued chopping. I would recommend doing a route on the left, and as you rap from the anchors, swing over and grab your gear. Most likely this is how the choppers approached their task....

Comments: If cleaned after spring thaw, it stays good until a large rain event or the winter. You should get on the Bachelor Party Beagle.

Comments: If anyone happens to disagree with my replacing bad anchors (and in this case at the top of a bolted sport route) please speak to me and we can discuss. It seems sad that someone is defacing publicly funded hardware and stealing.

Comments: So someone chopped the ASCA hangers and bolts I put in there to replace the tat and slung boulder? Quite lame! I would like any further information about this if anyone has it! This has to of happened in the last 3-4 months. The rap bolts/rings are clearly stamped ASCA if anyone happens to see them.

Comments: We always did a deadpoint from the crimps to the large jug on the right, matched, then moved up the rail to the finish. I guess dyno'ing just makes for more radness! The right side of the Falcon goes, but as you move further out the lip, the rock becomes suspect. We moved until the rock deteriorated and mantled up.

Comments: Starting lower with a heel hook and left hand where you have your right mentioned in the picture makes for a better more challenging problem!

Comments: Old Stardryves were found on top of this pillar. New anchors have been added on the wall for a better pull courtesy of the ASCA.

Comments: "Both the bolts were spinner and suspect. If you do this climb, bring a wrench or a cam to back up the anchor, #1 BD I think. It is ok for a quick warmup.
"

One bolt was older and a spinner, the other was a new and just needed tightening. The old bolt has been replaced.
