Comments: Just did this yesterday few comments. Vogel gives it a 8; Gaines a 9- depending on how good you are with your feet I'd say if your solid with your feet it's a 8+; if your an upper body climber then its' a solid 9 and pumpy. Description is wrong you follow the crack up and left then you go up a "awesome" crack to a 2 bolted rap chain with 70 meter rope. That crack is awesome I wish it went up and up and up. Also I disagree with R rating my friend sewed it up pretty good.

Comments: This climb is no longer 10a/b. A Key hand or foot pc fell off and now you must go off route to finish the climb. IMHO and my friends whose a really really good climber this climb is no longer worth trying since you have to finish off route. If you go straight up maybe it's really really hard but above my friend's pay grade and he leads up to 11b...

Comments: 5.2? While easy climb both Bartlett book and Vogel has it as a 5.6. Maybe you should just say it's 4th class and call it a day!

Comments: Vogel's Guidebook and the new Miramontes guidebook has the climb going up the middle all the way which in my opinion is more fun! However know this if you climb the crack up top it is in my opinion a pg-13 if you fall you hit a ledge but man it's super fun!

Comments: I'm a big fan of bolts to prevent a ground fall but the log is so low off the ground it wouldn't do anything. A fall would still be to the ground...

Comments: Super fun climb! Crux is getting off the ground and up on the flake with the lieback move and then the top traverse. The traverse is ever so slightly over hanging....From the flake to the traverse I didn't put any pro because super easy climbing...Probally not necessary but before I got up on the traverese I put a #4 BD Cam.

Comments: Great Climb, I didn't like the webbing I saw and the downclimb looked too complicated(I'm Lazy) so easiest thing to do is climb the boulder to the rap anchors on climbers right.

Comments: Placement is thin in some areas so be aware of that. I followed so I thought this was super super fun. Stem moves, with some somewhat offwidth chimney moves just awhole lot to offer on this climb.

Comments: Look up at Evan1984 post. Dead on. I led the first pitch and my friend BJ led the 2nd. I took a fall on the traverse and was hanging in mid air too low for any handholds. Luckily I'm 6'4" so i was able to kick off the right wall and do a dyno move with my left hand to get back in the crack. If not I would have been screwed. Definatley going to learn the prussick skills that Evan1984 talks about.....My opinion is if you can't lead 5.8 or easy .9 then don't lead the 2nd pitch.....

Comments: Bolts are new and good up to rap station. Above that all 1/4" button heads. Good route to warm up on, good fun but I suggest don't do 2nd pitch not worth the time. Go to rap station and rap down unless you want to work on multi-pitch skills. then after 2nd bolt go left to 2nd belay anchors if you go all the way straight up you'll have to belay from a big rock tie off or a crack behind the rock will take BD#2-4. Then walk off(facing lake to the right).

Comments: Lead this today don't know why some jerk cut off the rap bolts. The downclimb is very sketchy....As of 2-25-2012 no rap bolts above this route
