Comments: Can anyone clarify some of these problems? It seems like the L->R order of the problems go as:

Standard Route V1
Donna, V5
Undercling Problem V3
Smeary Thing V7
Milton, V4
Never Say Never, V10

But I'm not entirely sure, the descriptions and photos make things confusing....

Comments: This is a nice little route, not as easy as it looks. Should clean up nicely with traffic.

Comments: Tried this one out today, hot off the presses! Good route. The movement isn't straightforward, and I thought the boulder problem was fun - cool heel hook!

Comments: This route is a duplicate entry of Old Man and the Sea, maybe just make that one the only page? It's confusing since they are listed as 12a and 12d, but the route description is the same.

Comments: Another fun route at this crag! Better holds than some of the other climbs for sure, but also a bit steeper/pumpier. Sustained climbing from the ground to the chains!

Comments: Fun route! Good climbing the whole way through with a variety of styles and holds. Never felt like climbing out left once above the bulge at bolt # 5/6, seems like the direct version is the natural route to the top, at least to me. Nice line.

Comments: I left two chalk bags (my partner and I) at the Black Hole on Saturday 12/14/13. One is a Climb High bag with fish all over it and had a lapis brush with it, the other was a homemade Colorado bag. If you found them, I would love to get them back, there's some good beer in it for you!

Comments: Great route! Nice, interesting moves all the way up the wall which requires a variety of techniques. Great flow to the movement as well with logical (although maybe inobvious) sequences. I agree that the anchor should be placed at or above the last bolt, instead of down to the right. Thanks for the addition, Mark!

Comments: We linked this into the upper half of the route to the left which made it a great 80+ foot pitch. Seemed better than doing the intro from the left; more direct, straight up and you don't need one cam to lead it. A bit spicy on the upper half but managable.

Comments: Pretty fun route, the crux is definitely thin and hard, maybe a little reachy as well. Once you punch through that, you're rewarded with some pretty sweet climbing up and through the upper headwall to the chains.

Comments: The anchor placement one this route confused me, I don't know why it wasn't put at the lip of the ledge instead of on it 5 feet back and behind a bush. Cool route, thanks for putting it in.

Comments: The third bolt on this should probably be replaced, it's coming out of the wall 1/4 inch or so. First one could also use it, but not as badly.

Comments: I added a two bolt anchor on the ledge today with Petzl wedge bolts and ss hangers. I also left two quicklinks, you can now rappel and clean the route or lower, although your rope will run over a rough ege.

Comments: The holds have cleaned up a bit and seem ok now, although good to inspect things before you pull too hard on them. An okay little route, not a bomb but not really a star either.

Comments: I climbed the routes at this crag yesterday and must say I was surprised at the quality and mostly solid rock we climbed on. Sure there are some loose bits here and there, but overall these routes have cleaned up decently well and were fun. I would also say they mostly seemed like 5.10s, not 5.11s, so maybe some things have broken or cleaned off and offered better holds to work with. Like others have stated, the belay spots can be a bit tricky but managable. Not a classic destination but not nea... more >>
