Comments: I agree with Sean. I would consider all FA's to be firs KNOWN ascents.

Comments: Just a heads up that the Kung Fu Boulders are apparently on private land. The land owner came across us last weekend while he was out deer hunting. We didn't talk with him much as he and his party were carrying guns, but he seemed friendly. I am not sure that they would ever notice anyone out there if they weren't out hunting but be careful and be respectful. Maybe someone would like to talk to the land owner and see if we could have legal access a la Sandstone. Unfortunately we didn't ge... more >>

Comments: This is the Paul's Project boulder. The consensus of the day was that using the detached block/s seemed right. I almost flashed it, then rapid fired, and ran out of energy at the end of a long day. Its definitely not V8 with the detached block for feet. If someone can figure out a way to do it without the blocks, kudos' to you. It will definitely be very hard and probably contrived unless you figure out some crazy cool beta. Way to go on the FA Corey!

Comments: I was working on Jim's Exit yesterday and a pretty crappy side-pull/undercling broke making the left exit much easier. I am not sure if this will make the direct route (Andy's Problem) easier or not but it still looks fun and I want to try it next time I am there.

Comments: Sit start this one with your foot on the bottom of the arete. Not contrived and more moves equals more fun. Probably a three if done that way.

Comments: This thing seemed really dirty when we climbed it to the point where we thought it probably hadn't been done, but perhaps it has been climbed before. If this is the case let me know and I will change the name/FA.
