Comments: I wasn't aware how much of this stuff was on private property. I'm guessing the landowner in question has the ridiculously huge red mansion past the visitor center. It's not surprising that a routesetter was told to leave, as gym rats are not known to be discrete or respectful when bouldering outdoors.
Anyways, I don't see any good reason to publicize this sensitive area, some of the more popular boulders are being severely trashed by ignoramuses. It would be best just to delete the bouldering ... more >>

Comments: Don't even attempt to climb here, the locals will disparage you for not keeping your feet above some ugly-ass chalk line that they drew. I would call it the "Dirty Looks Wall," because it looks like shit, climbs like shit, and the locals will give you dirty looks.

Comments: Went here last summer, hoping for a quiet day of bouldering in a nice setting. I was greeted by several dogs and big, loud "elite" crews that didn't seem to mind painting huge tick marks, shouting beta, and throwing cigarette butts on the ground. Is an area "pristine" if everyone and their brother knows about it? I think not.
