Comments: Wow - amazing the heated debates hidden in the deep dark corners of MP! Rhoads, you are as clueless as ever. As others have mentioned already, MOST climbers agree on giving the equipers a reasonable amount of time to finish what they started.
Am I seeing that photo right? It looks like a 15' boulder problem with 4 bolts on it.

Comments: .11c++, haha yes! Love the name, loved the route! For a single pitch sport route, this thing is pretty epic. Sustained upper headwall, awesome views - DH climbing at its best. Bring some long runners for the middle section to avoid rope drag.

Comments: Buster has its own set of anchors now, no more traversing at the top needed.

Comments: Great warmup route. I'm only 5' 7" and didn't have too much trouble with the reachy move at the top - the bolt is at your waist so no worries.

Comments: Killer moves on bullet rock, certainly one of the best .11s at DH.

Comments: Haha Darren - you crack me up, man. That could be any one of say 10,000 log crossings in place since the Hayman. That should narrow it down tho. ;)

Comments: Another beauty, Nelson! For me, the crux was the funky bulge below the last bolt. The crack takes great gear and has decent hand jams. Be careful of some loose rocks in the crack by the anchor. An area classic for sure.

Comments: The bottom 25' is REALLY thin if you don't stem the chimney. The middle section is pretty cruiser with awesome features and the last bit from the ledge has some kick to it - a must do route if you're at the Civil Wall!

Comments: Adam, from the parking area, head back south up the road until you are in the live trees again. A little ways past the first live trees on the west side is a nice flat area with an established fire ring and nice views of the Platte. If that is taken, just head further back towards Sheepsnose and there are plenty of campsites. Just avoid camping near the rancher's driveway that comes in from the east side of the road about halfway down.

Comments: Not trying to be a jerk, Gordwah, but people have been climbing on this boulder for many years. The best problem is the L->R traverse. Give them names, fine - but FA?

Comments: This is one of the better crack climbs around for the grade. I feel it's on par with Vanishing Point, Rasmussen's & Finger Lickin' Good at Turkey. Continuous & well protected, this route is fantastic.
There is now a second pitch to this route. Looked like all bolts and quality climbing above. Anybody know anything about it?

Comments: Snow can get pretty deep on the approach during big snow years. Should be OK right now. The road is plowed to the parking area, so even when there is quite a bit of snow you can get there alright. Tomorrow looks good - we're going!
