Comments: Another Crack in the Wall route looks amazing. I think I scoped the whole route out from the top of The Tooth as I was just looking north at route potential before I saw this topo. I might go up there and try it.

Comments: I replaced the spinner bolts on king me, The second bolt on the column pitch is now lower and to the left making it easier to reach and a lot less dicey. I do believe this route is worthy of climbing more than most climbs on checkerboard so please give it another chance, sorry for the spinners on my first go they were a result of getting tired of hand drilling at night. All the bolts are solid now and the first bolt is much higher to prevent a ground fall

Comments: The goal is to slab climb on the column of bolts it has lots of interesting holds and friction climbing, following the entire chimney is a different route.

Comments: This route is an Organs classic, in my opinion, if you do the variations mentioned in the comments. The cracks are perfect and the rock is solid. This is a must do in the Organs. Do the off-width crack finish.

Comments: That's about where I figured it would go based on the topo as well, but when I was at the base I didn't see an obvious start unless I wasn't far enough north off the saddle

Comments: Yeah, the last undercling part of that dihedral is hard, but it is the best ending to do. The main thing to make sure to do is find a certain jug to pull your whole body up out of the undercling at the end.

Comments: One of the bolts is a spinner, but it is solid don't worry. The holds and footholds on the climb are very solid, hardly any lichen. The stemming crack has a lot of grass in it so it still needs to be cleaned out.

Comments: approach on west side involves brutal bushwack for miles, east side approach might be doable but i have not tried it.

Comments: there are a few hard parts on this climb but nothing a 5.8-5.9 leader cant handle. In the decsent gully on the south, the chains are hidden behind a big slab, once you get to the bottom of all the bushes in the gully follow the stream bed all the way down until it is a straight down cliff, the chains are right on the edge

Comments: an important thing to do on this climb is to place gear way above in the dihedral before you go out right onto the slab where there is no pro for a long time. A red number 1 BD fits pretty well for the pengellum piece

Comments: Also there was this huuuuge block that i almost pulled right onto myself at the traverse belay ledge. it was loose and i used its center of balance to push it back into place but be very very carful not to make a belay or anything under this block, it is big enough to crush a person easily. this block was at the topo's pitch 3 belay

Comments: i went in the dirty crack on the right on this pitch and it was fairly easy except for the overhang getting off the ground. i also avoided the "dihedral" part completely and went inside this chimney wedged on a pinacle. after i pulled out of the chimney i was on a nice belay ledge with bolts and a rap ring so i guess i was on someone's route, after the belay station on my pitch 3 there was a sketchy slab move and then pretty much 5.5-5.6 to the top
