Comments: if there is a map of the state showing regions why not list the areas as those regions instead of this coastal slope confusion?

Comments: Don't let some forgotten piece of unused choss sit and be ignored by the local topropers. If it feels good, you know it will be fun, and it won't threaten future access, then do it. CT is a much better state now with numerous places to clip some bolts.

Comments: I have forgotten to lock my car there before and wondered how fast I could get down there if I saw someone messing around with the car. Ahhhh, gotta love New Haven!

Comments: East facing crag, lots of signs from the Granby land trust telling climbers to NOT mess with the rock in any way.

Comments: My guess on the missing bolt(10ft off ground) is that it was used as a directional to keep the hooks in a downward position. probably placed and removed by the bolt chopper himself.

Great face climb, can be started from the right side, the left side or strait up past the bolt(probably 11+)

Comments: 5.7+, great gear, pretty good climb for CT. Bring a #5 camalot for the start or it is PG and not a good landing either

Comments: its off the Branford shoreline trail near stony creek(east). I've been meaning to post up the established lines and get back to you Chris... near the Reed Preserve and Hoadley creek. There are a couple of unclimbed faces right on the trail as well. The sunny/low tide wall faces Reed Preserve and requires a tarp to keep the pad on, the bunny boulder is as classic as it looks with decent landings all around. The bunnies chin is still undone.

Comments: I agree, absolutely no need for a move by move, piece by piece trip report, some folks may want to onsight this and are reading comments only to make sure the route is safe and not sandbagged.
