I can see why they named their mining town Sunset. <br /><br />It was one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.<br /><br />(11/4/09; exploratory desert excursion)  The approach to Rainbow Wall involves a lot of low-angle slab, after slab, after slab, after slab.<br /><br />10/21/09  A view of upper Brownstone Wall, and Bridge Mt. from midway up Birdhunter Buttress.<br /><br />10/20/09  Jonny just about to enter back into the chimney. Pitch 6 from Doug Hemken's beta. We both felt this chimney pitch was the crux pitch of the route. <br />  Jonny starting up P-5 (from Doug Hemken's beta)<br /><br />10/21/09
