I went right at the block but going left look like it would be a lot of fun. I would put it at a 5.6 or 5.7 depending on your height. Not too hard but still a lot of fun.

I've been to the nearby Great Wall and always had a great time but there aren't too many options their to beginner or even intermediate climbers. The approach is super easy (especially in comparison to the route finding from Rt. 53 to the great wall) and parking was bountiful.
