More information:
Living in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Looking at climbing tons, tons, and tons of ice this winter. Also interested in skiing wild/technical lines in the Adirondacks, Vermont, and NH.

As it warms up I'll be bouncing from the Gunks, to the 'Daks, and over to NH.

Looking for a partner for Katahdin in winter of 2016 for about 7-10 days in mid-Feb to mid-March.

Route is on the left, going up the corner. Tilman's Arete goes up the right side. You can climb the cracks on the face for a full mixed route.    Looking up at me mid-way through the steep traverse. (Photo credit to Michael Rowley.)    Looking back and down at the steep corner to traverse.    I copied Jordan's Beta pic and added the section that I did in Jan 2013. We stayed left of the large, obvious corner making more of a direct ascent. It's identified by the bold pink lines. We thought there was one section of climbing that was perhaps a little more difficult than the "crux" first pitch, but it might have been about the same - it was a thin/steep corner to a very thin traverse and that granted you access to the upper main corner.    looking down from the first belay on the right variation.
