I called the agent listed on the sign and the owner is selling the entire 4.27 acres which include the boulders. Asking price is $35K but he is supposedly, "a very motivated seller". Wouldn't it be great if someone could buy it up and actually keep a piece of climbing land north of 29 actually open. Send me a msg if you want more beta on the listing agent - I have their number.
