West Side Story
Mar 17, 2024 · Lead / Onsight. Walk pretty far left after the 1st pitch. Linked 3&4 and 5-6-7 w/80m rope. 3&4 together was a nice way to enjoy a slightly pumpy pitch of moderate .10- climbing. Linking 5-6-7 had ledges between to fully recover. P6 had some rad reaches through some cool features. On the whole I liked it more than patient zero. If I recall correctly pitch 3 may have some loose under cling flakes that are ready to tumble and again at the top of pitch 4 go left after the last visible bolt or you will rain down a loose shower of rock upon your belayer. It looks like you wanna go right but break slightly left of the little roofs and you’ll soon see your last bolt just over the ledge in some white cleaned rock.

Patient Zero
Mar 17, 2024 · Lead / Onsight. Not as good as contagion but the first couple pitches are good. Thanks for the service! Watched a guy pull some softball sized rocks off a the end of the 3rd pitch and nearly take out the que of parties at the base. Be sure to go left towards the anchor bolts. The next pitch (4) has a few holds that are ready to come off about 10-30 feet out from the belay. They would come down onto the belayer and parties below. Climb carefully and when there is a good op someone should remove the flexing exfoliating flakes.

Contagion
Mar 16, 2024 · Lead / Onsight. A great route! Liked it more than patient zero. Did the .10b. Var, nice climbing on cool edges. The long .10a pitch was nice and sustained but never devious. Good rock throughout.
