Comments: None of us used the upper sidepull. That hold felt very greasy, maybe cuz it was kind of a humid morning. Using that seems like it would have made the move easier for sure. We had to brush the crimps between each go.

Comments: I had wanted to try this since the first "project" photos were posted in late 2009. A group of finally went and had a little send train. We all agreed it was more like V6 based on comparable problems, continuing the Remo FA sandbag trend (not that that's a bad thing). Excellent problem.

Comments: If any Devil's Lake climbers found the helmet in this photo at the base of Stool Pigeon gimme a shout. It's greasy, nasty, and old (like me) and I assume nobody but me would want to use it... If you demand a bounty let me know.

Also, there are 2 nuts on that wall free for the taking. One on Stool Pigeon and one on Chicago. 'Twas late in the day, we were lazy, blah blah blah. Maybe they are already gone. Red and purple if I remember right.

Comments: I had a what I remember as a funny experience on my onsight attempt of this route. I was climbing -- for some reason that remains cloudy since I have a 10mm rope -- on an 7.5mm or 8mm half rope. At the last bolt, I got too pumped to clip, but I had enough time to look down at that damn skinny rope, then at Aaron "The councilman" Costello who was belaying me, figure the chance that I would go splat with this teeny rope and calculate my weight versus Aarons, then yell "falling" and let go.
