Comments: does anyone know if it is still status quo with climbing in Cuba right now after its been declared illegal, climbing around guards, climbing after 2pm and climbing in certain areas to avoid guards? Ive heard mixed reviews from a few folks but mostly it seems like its ok to climb, just a little more challenging for americanos....
