Comments: Linking P1-3 with a 70m is reasonable for a strong team. The comfy belay atop the chimney after a 225' pitch is satisfying.

5.8 upper corner is the crux (IMO) if you commit to the steep jams.

On P1, you can spice it up (to 5.9 R on positive holds) by face climbing on the left, away from the bushy crack that Sidetrack climbers sometimes occupy.

Comments: Great climb! If you try to go straight in with the jams, it will feel harder...if you jam a little bit and transition to layback technique for a couple moves it feels right on at 10a. No way this is 10c!

Great climb! Great finish!

Comments: I climbed what I think was pitch two of this route yesterday after P1 of the route directly left (which is a quality pitch). It felt like reachy hard 5.9 which gradually eased off, good pro, run it to the top. Fun stuff, and clean!

Comments: If you use the left side at the end, it's easier. Staying in the small dihedral and finishing in and above it is the "pure" Xanadu.

Comments: This crux is smooth easy 9 with gear at your eyeballs. Step right and you're through. This route is great for easy alpine 5.9.

Comments: 3 stars for such a bloody classic, cryptic crux. Really, I just cannot get this one dialed. Awesome! Whipped on a large offset brassie at the crux...then was able to remove it with my fingers. Ha!

Comments: Did Friends' P1 into Purple Haze crux, then back into the P2 corner. Tiny wires sew this beauty up even without the pin. Super fun, longish, and engaging pitch with an easy rap.

Comments: A 60m will work to link all the way up through 'Laughing'. Walk off. Sick link up that can be done with a standard Eldo rack. Recommend this to 5.10- Eldo onsighters for sure.
#1 TCU/Mastercam-ish placement below the low crux is good (I tested it).

Comments: This great route is best done as the 2nd half of a link up from MD, The Bat, whatever. It's natural to just bust out onto the face without dicking around with a belay.
