Comments: Led this one on our way out from some of the bigger stuff. Not as much fun as I had hoped, and pretty terrifying at some points. I used a couple of really small cams to protect and wished that I had a huge bomber cam to place the whole way up.
Interestingly, after I led it three of my buddies did it on top rope and all four of us managed to do it four different ways. Some opted for lay-back, some face climbing, and some jamming. It was really neat to see the variation in technique on just 25 fee... more >>

Comments: You can make this route a bit more challenging by staying right at the roof and climbing the thin crack in the dihedral. There is a solid finger lock near the top of the dihedral and then a sloper near the tree.

Comments: Here is a video of me following Squall. I am 6'1", so I can reach up to the slot while still standing on the boulder. Still plenty of fun though...

Comments: There is a fairly large wasp nest about two thirds of the way up the chimney on the left side. Take care not to disturb it when climbing the chimney or the adjacent routes.

Comments: Make sure to bring Tri-cams! On the second and third pitch, there are pockets which are too narrow for most cams. Tri-cams (especially the pink one) will help a lot
